Terms and Conditions

- Goods will be despatched within two business days upon confirmation of payment.

- All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

- All prices of products exclude postage – postage will be calculated at check-out

However our shop policy with the aim to serve you the best we can, we offer above and beyond our minimum obligations the following:

 

Refund Policy:

We will refund, replace, exchange or issue a gift certificate to you for the cost of your purchase including postage in the case of an on-line sale under the following circumstances: If the product you receive is faulty. Faulty is defined by:

- does not do what it is normally supposed to

- has a defect

- is unacceptable in appearance or finish

- is unsafe

- breaks down before you would reasonably expect it to.

Please notify us with 7 days of receiving the product of the situation. We can be contacted through [email protected] or +613 9419 1188. We will refund you the price of your purchase plus the postage both ways. There is one exception to us paying the postage both ways – if you are outside of Australia. You need to pay the return postage in this case. Please send the items to 404 Smith Street Collingwood 3066 Victoria Australia. Once we receive the items in return we will process your refund.

 

You are not entitled to return a product when:

- the store told you about hidden defects before you bought the product, or displayed a sign telling you about hidden defects

- you examined the product before buying it and did not find defects you should have noticed

- you used the product in an 'abnormal' way

- you purchased the product on a discount sale

- You have altered, modified the product, or it is in an unclean state

 

You are only entitled to a refund or replacement if the problem is major or cannot be fixed. If the problem is not major and can be fixed within a reasonable time, the store can choose to refund, repair or replace the product

 

Change of Mind:

If the customer changes their mind or if a person receives a gift that they do not like, we offer a gift certificate to the purchase value, or an exchange for product(s) of equal value. For simply changing one’s mind we do not offer a refund, sorry. If you are at all uncertain about how a gift will be received, we highly recommend purchasing a gift certificate. There are only two exceptions earrings and people external to Australia. Because of health regulations, earrings cannot be returned. Overseas change of mind because the postage issue...

Please notify us with 7 days of receiving the product of the situation. We can be contacted through [email protected] or +613 9419 1188. You will be responsible for the postage to send the first item back to us.

 

On-line Shoes:

We acknowledge that selecting the right size shoes on line can be quite a challenge, especially with the different size systems used around the world. As a result, we are happy to offer you one exchange free, gift certificate for equal value or an exchange for something else entirely. You will be responsible for the return shipping to us; however you will send you your new size product with no additional shipping charges. We will process your new order for the exchanged item(s) within 3 business days of receiving your return. Please notify us with 7 days of receiving the shoes of the situation. Privacy Policy
