The Zenu indigenosu people have lived in the swamps and cienagas part of the tropics of Colombia for generations. They harvest the cane plant fibres, Gynerium Sagitatum and created the most beautiful crafts within Colombia, as trhe National Colombian hat symbols is amde by them. 

Our products are all ethically traded supporting arrisans from Colombia since 2010.

By purchasing this product you are contributing directly to the Zenu's Indigenous people cultural inheritance while improving the life styles of their families with the income earned from their crafts works in the resguard region of Tuchin and San Andres de Sotavento, Department of Cordoba, North Colombia.

Hand made by Maria who is a very talented young Indigenous Zenu' artisan who produce crafts with a group of more Zenu women artisans.
